Gina brings over twenty years of Operations, Project management, Change Management, and Client Services experience to CaseGlide.

Gina’s background in Operations and Change Management is extensive. Most recently, Gina led The Folk Group, providing outsourced COO and Change Management services to high-growth companies in various industries, including legal services and healthcare. She guided and supported company leaders to better serve their clients through operational efficiencies and strong people leadership. Gina’s passion is leading people through change, and she is a published author of People Leadership: 30 Proven Strategies to Ensure Your Team’s Success.

As Case Glide’s Vice President of Client Services, Gina leads her team as they provide New Client Onboarding, Ongoing support, and Continuous Improvement Projects. The Client Services team’s main objective is to ensure each client gets the maximum value from CaseGlide.
