Jeff Padgett

Jeff Padgett has extensive work experience in various industries. Jeff started their career as the President/Senior Engineer at Engineered Solutions, Inc, where they founded and grew the company into a successful civil engineering firm. In 2011, Engineered Solutions, Inc merged with Trudell Consulting Engineers. Jeff then worked as the Vice President at Trudell Consulting Engineers, providing senior engineering and management support.

After that, Jeff took a personal sabbatical before joining The University of Vermont as a Sustainable Entrepreneurship MBA Candidate. Jeff then worked as a Senior Project Manager at ipCapital Group. Later, they joined Solata Foods, LLC as the Director of Operations/IT. Jeff also served as the Division Director at the Parking and Traffic Division of the City of Burlington.

Most recently, Jeff worked as the Director of Strategic Account Services at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. Throughout their career, Jeff has showcased their expertise in management, project delivery, and strategic planning.

Jeff Padgett earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sustainable Entrepreneurship from The University of Vermont in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their degrees, Jeff Padgett holds a Professional Engineer - MA certification from the NCEES, although the specific month and year of its attainment are not provided.
