John W Casella worked at Casella Waste Systems as the Chairman & CEO since 1976. Prior to that, they served as the Condominium Manager at Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC from October 1971 to September 1976.

John W Casella completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Education from Castleton University, attending from 1970 to 1972. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Management from Bryant & Stratton College, where they studied from 1968 to 1970.
