Kelly Gleason

Kelly Gleason is an experienced Environmental Analyst at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since April 2019, focusing on regional compliance management related to State and Federal regulations for solid waste facilities in Vermont. Prior to this role, Kelly co-owned itswell yoga + paddle from May 2016 to April 2019, managing two yoga studios and a seasonal paddleboard operation, with responsibilities that included teaching, staff management, scheduling, and payroll. Earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Health Specialist for the County of Cape May from June 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities involved enforcing health and environmental regulations, particularly in water quality, solid waste management, and lead hazard investigations. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Sustainability from Unity Environmental University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
