Shaunna Parker

Shaunna Parker has extensive experience in talent acquisition and customer service roles, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since February 2012, with prior positions including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Credit Collections Supervisor. Shaunna also held various roles at Questech Corporation from May 2006 to December 2011, such as Sales Admin Coordinator and Customer Service Lead. In terms of education, Shaunna is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Evidence Based Coaching at Walden University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Vermont University.
