Channel Controller at Casella Family Brands

James Peterson started their work experience in 2003 as a Business Development Executive at GSK. James then progressed to become an Area Sales Manager and later a Key Account Manager at the same company. In 2007, they joined United Biscuits as a Business Account Manager, managing the Spar national account.

In 2008, Peterson moved to Diageo Wines Europe - Diageo, where they held various roles including National Account Manager at Tesco, Business Manager Convenience, and Business Manager Sainsburys. James ended their tenure at Diageo as the Head of Commercial Planning and Activation, leading the commercial planning and customer marketing function.

Since 2016, Peterson has been working at Casella Family Brands as a Channel Controller, where they were headhunted to manage the distribution of the [yellow tail] wine brand in Europe. James is responsible for leading the Convenience and Route to Market Channel, driving distribution and delivering growth and value for retailers.
