Kim Rayner-Reid

Kim Rayner-Reid has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kim began their career at GlaxoSmithKline, where they worked as an Associate Scientist from July 1997 to December 1999. Kim then transitioned to various finance roles within the company, such as Analyst/Senior Finance Analyst - Site Operations from January 2000 to December 2001, and Senior Finance Analyst - Neurology CEDD from January 2002 to January 2003.

Following their time at GlaxoSmithKline, Kim joined Britvic Soft Drinks. Here, they held multiple positions, including Commercial Analyst - Impulse retail/Grocery Convenience from February 2003 to July 2004, Commercial Analyst - Brands and Marketing from July 2004 to March 2006, Business Analyst - Terms/Promotional discount from March 2006 to June 2010, and Business Analyst - Grocery/Foodservice and Leisure from June 2010 to June 2012.

Kim then joined Care UK as a New Projects Commercial Analyst from July 2012 to March 2014 and later as a Commercial Finance Manager from March 2014 to March 2020. In 2020, they moved to East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust as a Divisional Finance Manager from April 2020 to May 2021.

Kim's most recent position is as a Commercial Manager at Care UK, which they held from May 2021 to September 2022. Kim is currently serving as a Financial Controller at Casella Family Brands, starting in October 2022. Throughout their career, Kim has gained extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering, primarily in the healthcare and FMCG industries.

Kim Rayner-Reid completed their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Genetics at the University of Nottingham from 1994 to 1997, achieving a first-class honours degree. Kim then pursued further education in management accounting and became qualified as a C.I.M.A. (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) professional. In addition to their formal degrees, Kim obtained a certification in International Logistics from LinkedIn in November 2022.
