Jim Kaiser

Jim Kaiser has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jim began their career in 1998 at Progressive Insurance, where they held three roles: Head of Commercial Claims, Manager Business Systems Consultants, and State Claims Manager in Connecticut. In 2000, they were promoted to Claims Process Leader/Vendor Management, where they led supply chain research and implemented a nationally adopted car rental voucher program. In 2010, Kaiser became the CEO of Casentric, a leading solution to the P & C Insurance Industry for the investigation and resolution of property and casualty claims. Jim also held the position of Executive Vice President at ClaimsOptions, a leader in quality management technology and professional services.

Jim Kaiser attended Saint Joseph's University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
