Paige Navaretta has over 15 years of experience in customer experience and retail management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Cases By Source since November 2017, Paige has previously held roles including Customer Experience Manager and Account Coordinator. Prior experience includes a Marketing & Sales Coordinator role at Swatch Group, where duties encompassed product analysis, sales forecasting, contract negotiations, and boutique management. In addition, Paige worked as Client Services Lead Manager at SEPHORA, focusing on client service and business growth strategies, and held various positions at Giorgio Armani, including Assistant Buyer. Paige holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from LIM College and an Associate Degree in Fashion Marketing & Management from Berkeley College.
