Rachel Rimm, LMSW, currently serves as a Nathaniel Clinic Therapist and Reentry Therapist at The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES) since January 2024, focusing on clients impacted by the legal system. Previously, Rachel held various roles, including Business Development & Marketing Manager at Rebel Builders and Clinical Social Work Intern at Exodus Transitional Community, Inc., where innovative programming for justice-affected individuals was developed. The mission of CASES is to increase the understanding and use of community sanctions that are fair, affordable, and consistent with public safety. CASES serves nearly 4,000 individuals annually in programs lasting anywhere from one day to more than two years. Their programs are aimed at high-need populations, including young people, adults with mental illness, and chronic misdemeanants who are homeless, drug-addicted, or underemployed.
