Raphael Sze

Raphael Sze is a seasoned talent management and acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Talent Management & Engagement Manager - Global at CASETiFY, Raphael oversees talent management programs, employee experience initiatives, and HR workflow optimization. Previously, in the role of Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager - APAC, Raphael focused on global recruitment and employer branding. Prior experience includes a Talent Acquisition Executive position at Nestlé, where responsibilities encompassed commercial recruitment and employee experience projects, and numerous roles at Cathay Pacific Airways, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Project Specialist in Lean, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, data analysis, and process improvements. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University and an Honours Diploma in English Language and Literature from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
