Andrew Sicard

Andrew Sicard is an experienced product owner and quality assurance professional with a strong background in software testing and technical support. Currently employed at Caseware since October 2018, Andrew has held roles as both a Product Owner and Senior QA Tester. Prior experience includes a tenure at SOTI from May 2012 to October 2018, where Andrew served as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance Specialist, focusing on testing MobiControl across various devices and collaborating with development and business teams. Earlier, Andrew worked as a Seneca Student Helpdesk Representative, providing technical support and troubleshooting for students while studying at Seneca Polytechnic, where a diploma in Computer Systems Technology was earned.
