Gina Rumore

Gina Rumore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Caseware since June 2018, Gina maintains relationships with over 5000 accounts, managing a portfolio exceeding $24 million. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager, where outreach and onboarding for over 3500 accounts were conducted, and spearheading a new customer success department at Audimation Services Inc. Additionally, Gina has provided training support, enhanced client services, and managed church communications at First United Methodist Church of Bastrop. Graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Gina possesses a diverse skill set in communication, strategy, and client relations.
