Alli S. is a progressive, values-driven structural thinker with over 12 years of experience in research and project management focused on child well-being, educational equity, and community development. They served as an instructor at Portland State University and received a nomination for Adjunct of the Year in 2023. Alli has held positions such as Evaluation Specialist at the Center for Improvement of Child and Family Services and Project Manager at Casey Family Programs, where they contributed to systems improvement. Holding a Master's degree in social work from Portland State University and a dual B.A./B.S.W. in English and social work from Northwest Nazarene University, they are committed to translating research into actionable outcomes for families.
