Daniel Despard has extensive experience in child welfare and strategic consulting, starting as the Director of Child Welfare at Maine DHHS from May 2006 to July 2012. Since July 2012, Daniel has been serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Consulting at Casey Family Programs, where expertise is applied to enhance organizational effectiveness and improve outcomes for children and families.
