Farm Operations Team

The Farm Operations Team at Casey Trees is responsible for the cultivation and management of tree stock used in urban planting projects. Led by the Field Manager, the team, which includes multiple Farm Crew Chiefs, Farm Crew members, and a Horticulturist, ensures the health and vitality of young trees through activities such as planting, pruning, watering, and disease management. They play a critical role in supporting the organization’s mission by maintaining high-quality tree supplies that are used in restoration and enhancement efforts throughout the nation's capital.
