Amy Costello has extensive experience in legal and food safety roles, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Casey's since February 2016. Prior positions include Assistant General Counsel and Director of Legal Operations, as well as Legal Counsel at Casey's. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University, with current pursuit of a Master of Science in Food Safety Regulation from The Johns Hopkins University.
