Diego Idi

Diego Idi is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Cybersecurity Operations and Threat Mitigation Manager at Casey's since February 2022, leading various teams such as the Security Operations Center and Cyber Threat Intelligence. Prior to this role, Diego took a sabbatical focusing on family from April 2021 to February 2022. From December 2016 to March 2021, Diego was responsible for the Cybersecurity Incident Management program at Fidelity Investments. Diego has also held multiple key incident management roles with Citi between 2011 and 2016, including Senior Global IT Incident Manager, where responsibilities involved managing a team of 18 incident managers. Diego's career began with foundational experience in incident management at Capgemini, CPM Braxis, and SONDA, all while working within the Citi Brazil operations. Educational qualifications include an ITIL Intermediate Certificate and degrees in Marketing and Information Systems.
