Joel Roberts

Joel Roberts has extensive experience in loss prevention, operations management, and inventory control across various retail environments. Currently serving as Supervisor of Store Inventory at Casey's since January 2024, Joel previously worked at Kum & Go for over seven years, where significant achievements included implementing processes that reduced cash losses by more than 20% and developing a case management system. Joel's early career includes roles at Sam's Club, The Home Depot, and RGIS, where responsibilities spanned managing operations, asset protection, and conducting investigations to mitigate shrink. Education was completed at the University of Northern Iowa from 1991 to 1995.
