Josh Gondek

Josh Gondek is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of DC Operations at Casey's since March 2022, Gondek holds P&L responsibility for the largest distribution center and leads initiatives for capital improvement and automation to drive growth. Prior roles include Director of Fulfillment at PURFOODS LLC, overseeing a nationwide fulfillment network, and Director of Transportation and Warehousing at JM Swank, LLC, managing a comprehensive distribution network and strategic partnerships with 3PLs. With a foundation in process improvement from positions at PepsiCo and Del Monte Foods, along with military experience as an Operations Sergeant in the US Army, Gondek combines leadership with a strong focus on productivity enhancements and cost savings. Gondek holds an MBA from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
