Chad Hernandez started their work experience in 2006 as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they served until 2008. In 2014, they founded Premier Pest Control and successfully grew the company from zero customers to thousands by focusing on sales, customer satisfaction, and building a strong team. Moving forward to 2018, Chad became the CEO of Cash & Co., a children's brand that they transformed into a multi-million dollar company with a focus on direct-to-consumer sales. Chad has sold and shipped over 500,000 products globally and maintains a strong customer base. Throughout their career, Chad demonstrates a passion for growth, customer service, and leadership.
Chad Hernandez attended the University of Utah from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication.
