Claire Shepherd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development. Currently serving as the Manager of People Capability at Cash Converters since August 2006, Claire has adapted to organizational changes by concentrating on the creation of operational training solutions to enhance various business projects and initiatives. Prior to this, Claire held several key positions at Tesco from 1987 to 2006, including Training Manager, State Training & Development Manager, and National Training & Development Manager. Claire's educational background includes a Diploma in Business Studies from Burton on Trent Technical College, completed between 1983 and 1985.
