Mr Cumins became Executive Deputy Chairman in January 2017 and director of EZCORP in July 2014. He joined CCV in August 1990 as Finance and Administration Manager, became General Manager in March 1992 and Group Managing Director is April 1995.
He is a qualified accountant and has overseen growth in the number of Australian CCV franchisees and the development of the international franchise system.
Mr Cumins has experience in large organisations with senior executive positions in the government health sector, specifically the Fremantle Hospital Group where was Finance and Human Resources Manager.
