Perry Zheng

Perry Z. is the Founder and CEO of Cash Flow Portal, an alternative investment platform for real estate syndications and funds, which has successfully facilitated the raising of $5 billion for GPs and fund managers. In June 2023, Perry Z. expanded their entrepreneurial efforts by founding Pallas Investing, a professional networking platform aimed at enhancing the experience of real estate investors. Prior to these ventures, Perry Z. served as an Engineering Manager at Lyft, where responsibilities included overseeing driver earnings, and held positions as a Software Engineer at Twitter and Amazon. Perry Z. began an academic career at Duke University, earning degrees in Economics and Computer Science before completing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Washington and participating in Y Combinator's W22 program.
