Vishnu Das is a seasoned Maintenance/Service Engineer with over a decade of experience in technical support and service management for high-speed cash sorting machines. At Cash Processing Solutions since January 2012, Vishnu has developed expertise with CPS 1800 and 7000 machines within Dubai Airport Free Zone, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements while fostering strong client relationships. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Team Lead, managing service for high-speed sorting machines at the Reserve Bank of India and various banking institutions. Earlier roles included Customer Support Engineer at GRG Banking Equipment, focusing on ATM solutions, and Service Engineer at Diebold Nixdorf, providing emergency support and installation services for ATMs in India. Vishnu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Anna University Chennai and completed secondary education through the Kerala State and Gujarat State Boards.
