Fabiana Sobers

Fabiana Sobers is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various roles within the telecom industry and a strong background in modern HR practices, recruitment, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Cashapona Technologies Private Limited since June 2019, Fabiana specializes in the pre and post-recruitment process, employee induction, training facilitation, and compensation reviews.
