Prior experience includes serving as Delivery Head at Ray Business Technologies Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed delivery assurance and customer satisfaction across global projects. Ravi's tenure at Wipro spanned eight years, during which roles included Sr Delivery Manager, Client Engagement Manager, and Program Manager, overseeing significant programs and accounts with a focus on business development and stakeholder management. Ravi's career began as a Systems Engineer at BISIL, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's in Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
