Ravi Pachipala is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in managing delivery and operations across various domains. As the Founder and CEO of Cashapona Technologies Private Limited since December 2017, Ravi has been instrumental in developing growth strategies and fostering a vibrant organizational culture. Prior experience includes serving as Delivery Head at Ray Business Technologies Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed delivery assurance and customer satisfaction across global projects. Ravi's tenure at Wipro spanned eight years, during which roles included Sr Delivery Manager, Client Engagement Manager, and Program Manager, overseeing significant programs and accounts with a focus on business development and stakeholder management. Ravi's career began as a Systems Engineer at BISIL, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's in Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
