Flore NINKIEMA

Flore NINKIEMA has held a number of positions in the finance and compliance industry. In 2021, they became the Head of Risk, Compliance, Internal Control & CSR at CASHBEE. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Senior Compliance Analyst and Fraud and Compliance Analyst at LEETCHI.COM, where their duties included prevention of non-compliance risks, validation of expenses, investigations on atypical operations, resolution of disputes, establishment of regulatory reports, second level verification of the compliance of pool objectives, TRACFIN reporting, follow-up of correspondence with the supervisory authorities, training of operational staff, formalization and establishment of internal procedures, and mapping of risks and conflicts of interest. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Accounting and Management employee at Carré Blanc.

Flore NINKIEMA has a background in finance, banking, and asset management. Flore began their education in 2014 with a Licence 1 in administration économique et sociale from the Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne. Flore then earned a Licence 2 and Licence 3 in the same field from the same university in 2015 and 2016, respectively. In 2017, they earned a Master 1 in finance, banking, and asset management from iaelyon School of Management. Finally, in 2018, they completed a Master 2 in Conformité et gestion des risques bancaires from iaelyon School of Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from CFPB - L'Ecole supérieure de la banque, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France, and the Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
