Lihle Ndlovu

Lihle Ndlovu has extensive experience in human resources and payroll administration, currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at Cashbuild since September 2018 and as an HR Administrator at Calgro M3 Developments (Pty) Ltd since September 2008. Responsibilities include managing payroll for approximately 600 employees, including laborers and various skilled trades, as well as handling EFT payments and HR-related queries. Lihle Ndlovu is skilled in compiling presentations for court cases and attending CCMA cases while also undertaking all HR and payroll-related matters. Lihle Ndlovu holds a National Diploma in Human Resource Management from TWR (1998-2000) and completed secondary education at Mpuluzi High School (1993-1997).
