Fernando Acedo

Head of Customer Experience at Cashea

Fernando Acedo's work experience includes serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Cashea starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Head of Product at DITO Education from 2021, where they built an online personal finance education platform for highschool students in Spain and Latin America. In this role, they led the development of the learning platform and defined the company's vision, strategy, and culture.

Before DITO Education, Fernando worked at Folionet as a UX Research Analyst, where they analyzed the fintech industry and generated reports for the CEO. Fernando also designed the UX for the payments and transfers section of the investment App.

Fernando started their career at Empresas Polar in 2017 as a Business Analyst, specifically working with Pepsi-Co Ven c.a. in tracking and recording expenses and maintaining financial records.

Additionally, they completed the course "SQL for Data Science" offered by IBM in June 2020.
