Prior experience includes a tenure at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2020 to March 2023, where Kashyap held positions including Consultant and Senior Associate, and previously, a Summer Associate role, earning a Pre Placement Offer. Key contributions at BCG involved establishing a Project Management Office for brand dealer appointments, achieving significant growth and efficiency improvements. Prior to BCG, Kashyap worked with Deloitte as an Executive in Tax and Global Transfer Pricing, and gained internship experience at YES BANK, Pedagoge, and Srei. Kashyap holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Presidency University.
