Emmanuel Martin is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in leading customer support teams and enhancing client satisfaction across various organizations. At Cashfree Payments, Emmanuel currently serves as Team Lead for Customer Success in Social Media while also holding a role as Senior Associate for Merchant Support. Prior experience includes a position at CRED as a Customer Success Specialist, specializing in onboarding and account escalations, as well as a role at ZestMoney focused on merchant application reviews and customer support. Emmanuel has also demonstrated leadership skills as a Team Lead at IONN IT Solutions, where team performance and client satisfaction were prioritized. Emmanuel holds a Post Diploma in Tool Design Engineering and an Associate’s Degree in Tool & Die-making from the Government Tool Room and Training Centre, along with a high school education from Cathedral High School, Bangalore.
