Job Description

Business Intelligence Analytics (2-4 years) Key Responsibilities -

• Work closely with teams across the company to understand their data requirements and develop solutions that allow them to make data-backed decisions

• Manage and maintain ETL processes, responsible for managing an enterprise Data warehouse

• Build reports and produce analyses and visualizations that directly impact the business

• Drive operational excellence within the company with data-backed decisions Analyze online/offline marketing campaigns with insights on performance

• Set goals and drive the roadmap for the business intelligence team.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong problem-solving ability, should be able to identify key areas of improvement by understanding business processes and analyzing data.

• Should have structured thinking and strong analytical skills.

• Should have strong experience in SQL.

• Should be able to write complex queries involving multiple tables using join etc. Should have experience in python (pandas, NumPy, etc.).

• Should have experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire etc. Experience in statistical modeling (e.g. linear regression, logistic regression, clustering analysis) using R/Python is plus

• Should have an eagerness to learn new techniques and methodologies related to data science to come up with innovative solutions.

• Good communication skills - should be able to explain analysis and model outcomes to business teams in a non-technical way.
