James L. Greco, Jr. has over two decades of experience in the marine contracting and logistics industry. James L. started their career in 1995 as a Regional Manager at Columbia Coastal Transport, where they managed the transportation of full container and project cargoes. During their tenure, they oversaw logistics services, fleet maintenance, and managed various stakeholders involved in the movement of oversized and specialized cargoes. In 2002, they moved on to become a Manager at Columbia Intermodal, an intermodal trucking company. There, they managed the day-to-day activities of a fleet of trucks hauling containerized cargoes and achieved annual revenues exceeding $20 million. In 2014, Greco joined Weeks Marine as Division Manager. In this role, they cultivated a management team to streamline operational oversight of over 100 barges and floating cranes, resulting in $50 million in annual revenue. James L. also increased market share for long-duration dedicated waterborne transportation services for global power generating, wind, and bulk commodities. Currently, Greco holds the position of Vice President, Marine Logistics at Cashman Dredging & Marine Contracting Company, LLC, a role they assumed in 2023.
