Garri Tigranyan

Garri Tigranyan is a respected entrepreneur well known for his passion, reliability, commitment, and philanthropy. His roles have included Chief Executive Officer for CashNvestors, and Owner and Founder of multiple start-ups as well.

He is known for his ability to create, manage and motivate sales teams of all sizes. Starting a mortgage company at the age of 22 has given him the experience needed to be successful in Sales and Marketing.

Garri has successfully flipped over 350 houses…he started flipping houses with no money and grew his real estate passion into a multi-million dollar business. Now he teaches others how to flip houses with little-to-no money.

He has been actively building his brand for over two decades and in doing so has become proficient in both consultative and direct sales models. He is a proven leader with 18+ years of business sales and sales management experience for companies of all sizes. He is a highly creative and tenacious partner who places client relationships and needs at the center of every engagement.

In his free time, he can be found enjoying life with his wife and their two adorable little girls. Growing up he was often bullied and pleaded with his parents to enroll him in Judo…years later he became a two-time state champion in Judo. He always fought against bullies, and he takes that same approach in business in fighting for what is right and ethical.

Judo taught him so many lessons about life, to love people, to care for people, and to serve people; that’s the model by which he’s lived his life and he teaches the same tenets to his children.

Three fun facts about Garri…

He has partied with Madonna at the Coachella music festival….he scored a basket against NBA-player, Brian Shaw (crossed him over and made him freeze), and he met and interviewed Jessica Alba on IG Live at a Taco stand in Downtown LA where he offered to buy her tacos and went on to have a fun conversation about life with her.
