Peter Elcock is an experienced and professionally qualified banker specializing in risk and capital management. With a career spanning over 27 years at Barclays, Peter has played a pivotal role in reforming corporate risk management strategies and has founded Cornhill Consulting, which offers expertise in credit and liquidity risk management. They have held significant positions including Chief Risk Officer at Coventry Building Society and Chief Risk Officer at Charter Court Financial Services Group, and currently serve as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Board Risk Committee at Cashplus Bank, as well as Chair of the Board of Directors at Suffolk Building Society. Peter earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Exeter and is approved for multiple PRA/FCA Controlled Functions.
