Lead Product Designer at Cashrewards

Jonathan Kwok has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Jonathan started as a Junior Graphic Designer at Jason.Gemenis in 2012, where they designed for a range of clients while adhering to brand guidelines and client preferences. In 2013, they joined Bio.Cap as a Digital Product Designer, focusing on the Health and Fitness sector. Jonathan worked on developing a system that used sensors and algorithms to capture and identify abnormalities in patient movement.

From 2013 to 2017, Jonathan worked at Goodoil Films as a Digital Designer and Director's Assistant. In this role, they curated and designed tonally suitable images from cinema and commercials using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Jonathan also played a part in creating a new method for visual treatment documents.

In 2017, Jonathan joined Saatchi & Saatchi as a Digital Designer, collaborating with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to develop digital executions. Their responsibilities included researching and implementing UI and UX best practices for projects like HTML5 banner animations, landing pages, microsites, and social media posts.

In 2018, Jonathan joined GHO Sydney as a Senior UI/UX Designer. Jonathan worked in an agile environment, creating solutions for clients in various industries. Their responsibilities encompassed user experience, user interface, rapid prototyping, art direction, websites, mobile applications, user journeys, information architecture, video, and animation.

Jonathan's most recent role is as Lead Product Designer at Cashrewards, starting in 2021. Their responsibilities in this position involve leading the product design team and contributing to the overall design strategy.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has displayed a strong design skillset and a focus on creating innovative and visually appealing designs for a diverse range of projects and industries.

Jonathan Kwok completed their Bachelor of Design degree in Design and Visual Communications, General at Western Sydney University from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they attended Tractor Design School for an Industry Branding Course, specializing in Graphic Design. In 2014 to 2015, Jonathan enrolled in General Assembly for a Front End Web Development program. Finally, in 2015, they attended Tractor Design School again, this time for an Industry UX Course focused on User Experience.
