Lata Rani

Lata Rani has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lata began their career in 2009 as a Data Analyst and Process Executive at TechMahindra where they were responsible for customer site and address mapping, CID reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, network cleanse, voice diagram creation, and WAN identification. In 2011, they joined Infosys BPO as an Admin Support and Sr. Process Executive, working with a US based client, Mondelēz International, on asset management. Lata contributed to the recovery of over 500 assets and managed the leaver process for employees leaving the organization. Lata then worked as an Operations Support Admin at Complete Commercial Kitchens Limited in 2017 before joining Techmahindra Business Services as a Customer Relations Advisor the same year. Lata transitioned to Cashrewards in 2018, initially starting as a Member Services Officer and later taking on roles as Operations Quality Administrator and ultimately, Operations Team Lead.

Lata Rani attended Lachoo Memorial College where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also completed Yellow belt training, although further details such as the institution and date of completion are not provided.
