Data Engineer at Cashrewards

Rabia Masroor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at TPS Worldwide, where they managed client requests and played a crucial role in designing and developing new services. In 2007, they were promoted to the position of Senior Software Engineer and actively participated in the development of a version of InSight. Rabia also conducted international deployment and training sessions for deployed products.

In 2009, Rabia joined TPS Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. as a Systems Consultant and later became a Product Consultant. In these roles, they planned, designed, and managed enhancements to the IRIS transactional switch and middle-ware system. Rabia also acted as a Technical Team Lead and Solution Architect for Financial Fraud and Risk Analysis Solution. Rabia worked closely with local and offshore clients, gathering requirements and providing guidance for designing solutions.

From 2010 to 2014, Rabia worked as an Android Developer on personal and freelance projects. Rabia had experience with UI design, implementation, and familiarity with Android Material Design guidelines.

In 2018, Rabia joined Servian as a Campaign Analyst and later became a Campaign Manager. Rabia worked as a consultant at Optus, where they gathered data, performed customer analysis, and delivered insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Rabia also collaborated with cross-functional teams to fine-tune campaign target audiences and translated marketing requirements into SAS Campaign and PEGA propositions.

Most recently, Rabia joined Cashrewards in 2020 as a Campaign and Data Analyst, and then transitioned into the role of Data Engineer in 2021.

Rabia Masroor obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Rabia completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university, spanning from 2005 to 2007.
