Willie Neal

Willie Neal currently serves as the Director of Food and Beverage at Ocean Downs Casino since November 2024. Prior to this role, Willie was a Managing Partner at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants from December 2003 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for Mon Ami Gabi locations in Reston, Virginia, and Bethesda, Maryland, as well as managing the Community Canteen in Reston. Willie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from James Madison University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
