Roman Nguyen

Roman Nguyen, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Roman is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Casino Del Sol Resort, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, Roman worked at Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce, where they served as the Manager of Operational Performance & Analysis from October 2019 to March 2023, and as a Sr. Operational Performance & Analytics Advisor from February 2017 to October 2019. Before their time at Chickasaw Nation, Roman was the Sr. Manager of FP&A at Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos from April 2011 to January 2017. Roman also gained experience as a Financial Analyst at Apache Casino Hotel from March 2010 to April 2011, and as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from October 2008 to September 2009.

Roman Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business in the years 1998 to 2004. Roman later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the same institution from 2006 to 2008.
