Brent Skidmore is an experienced food and beverage operations professional with a solid background in managing various hospitality establishments. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Casino Fandango since November 2020, Brent has previously held significant roles such as General Manager at Duke’s Steakhouse at Grand Sierra Resort and Beverage Director at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. With over two decades in the industry, Brent's experience includes managing restaurant operations and leading teams in high-pressure environments.
