Brandon Dellaporta

Brandon dellaPorta possesses extensive experience in event and food and beverage management, currently serving as the Special Project Manager for Food and Beverage at Fallsview Casino Resort since June 2022. Previous roles include Banquet and Beverage Manager and Supervisor at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from May 2017 to July 2022, as well as Venue Supervisor at The Globe and Mail Centre from May 2017 to August 2019. Prior experiences also include Senior Banquets Manager at Casa Loma and Senior Events Manager at The Carlu, where Brandon worked for a decade. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba, earned between 2002 and 2005.
