Angela O'Brien has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, having worked at Casino Nova Scotia since January 1998, where Angela currently serves as Manager of Player Development, focusing on player acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Angela has held various positions at Casino Nova Scotia, including Senior Guest Relations Manager, Senior Executive Host, Executive Host, Slot Operations Supervisor, Pit Manager, and Floor Supervisor, demonstrating a strong progression in responsibilities related to guest relations and gaming operations. Angela is also a Professional Affiliate with Les Clefs d'Or Canada and previously served as a Social Media Consultant for HCV Coalition for the Cure.
