Jerry Barnhart

Jerry Barnhart is the Director of the Special Improvement Division at the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. Prior to this role, Jerry served as the Chief Instructor at the Atlantic County Police Training Center and held various positions at the Atlantic City Police Department, including Deputy Chief of Police and Bomb Squad Commander. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and is a Certified Public Manager.
