Fürst is the founder and CEO of Caskade, which designs, delivers, and finances modular on-site water plants for hotels and industry. Caskade turns greywater, rain, brackish and seawater, or process effluent into a reliable supply—non-potable and potable where permitted—with zero CAPEX and pay-per-m³ pricing, live IoT data, and uptime SLAs, operating in Catalonia, the Balearic and Canary Islands, the Valencian Community and Andalusia. Prior to Caskade, Fürst was a Technical Account Executive at grow platform GmbH (a Bosch company) from 2018 to 2021, where they secured the largest customer order and led three international sales expansions in EMEA. Earlier, they completed an industrial master thesis at Bosch (Deepfield Robotics) in 2017-2018 designing AI models for regenerative agriculture and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at KIT during 2016-2017. They also held leadership roles such as Chairman of KITcar e.V. from 2014 to 2017.
