Tyler Kaneko

Tyler Kaneko is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Principal Developer and Associate Director at Cask since July 2018, where responsibilities include architecting technical solutions and leading ServiceNow implementations. With a strong background in ITSM and Security Operations Implementation, Tyler collaborates with both junior and senior consultants to resolve technical issues and leads development on custom applications. Previously, Tyler held the position of ServiceNow Lead Architect at Intermountain Healthcare from September 2011 to July 2018, playing a key role in the deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow for ITIL processes. Additional experience includes roles at DeltaValve as Senior Accountant and ownership at Modern Garage. Tyler holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah, alongside a certificate in Japanese Language and Literature from Waseda University.
