Joyce Choo-Richter

Joyce Choo-Richter is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Chinese American Service League. Prior to this role, Joyce worked at EMCC as the Manager of Program Development, where Joyce spearheaded the Family & Fathering program and facilitated the Marriage Preparation program. With a background in Psychology from Western Sydney University, Joyce also worked at CASL for eight years, providing administrative support to the Executive Director.
