Latonya Lumpkin

LaTonya Lumpkin is currently the Vice President of Community Impact at the Chinese American Service League. LaTonya previously held roles such as Assistant Deputy Director of Elections at the Office of the Cook County Clerk and Advisor Stakeholder Engagement-Strategy Equity and Transformation at the Illinois Department of Human Services.
