Thy Nguyen

Thy Nguyen is the Vice President of Impact and Advocacy at the Chinese American Service League, where they focus on building strategic partnerships and driving mission-driven initiatives. With extensive experience in not-for-profit and higher education leadership, Thy previously held significant roles at institutions such as the University of Illinois Chicago, where they led the central Career Services office, and Illinois Institute of Technology, overseeing multiple campus life functions. Thy's educational background includes pursuing a Master of Education in Postsecondary Education and Student Affairs and a Certificate in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa.
